Merge branch 'set_MAX_MBUFS_PER_PORT_to_8' into 'touchstone-master' 

[Delivers #157423598] Changed MAX_MBUFS_PER_PORT from 63 to 8. Creates 16384 MBUFS now instead of 129024.
